For every $1 you spend with Empress, you earn 1 point. You can also earn bonus points by creating an account (30 points), writing a review (45 points), following on Instagram (30 points), liking on Facebook (30 points), and on your birthday (300 points). Make sure you're logged into your Empress Rewards account to ensure points are credited.
Your tier is determined by the points you earn within a 12-month calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31). Reach a tier and you keep it for the rest of that year plus all of the following year. If you don't earn enough points to maintain your tier by end of the next year, you move down one level.
- Level 1: 0-874 points
- Level 2: 875-1,999 points
- Level 3: 2,000-4,999 points
- Empress VIP: 5,000+ points
Empress Dollars are exclusive discount codes you receive each time you level up to a new tier. Once you hit the required points, you'll get an email confirming your new status, followed by a second email with your Empress Dollars code. They're valid for 6 months from issue date and can be gifted - but cannot be stacked with other promotions.
Make sure you're logged into your account at checkout. You'll see an option to apply your points as a discount. Points cannot be combined with other promotions - but free shipping coupons and gift cards can be used alongside.
