All standard orders ship out within 1–3 business days from our warehouse. During big sales or launch drops, it might take us a smidge longer (we promise it’s worth the wait 😉).

Presale orders are made to order (cut, sewn, and packed just for you) and take around 10–20 working days before they’re shipped.

If your order has a mix of presale + stocked items, they’ll be sent together in one parcel once your presale pieces are ready. (If you want your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.)

At Empress, all parcels are sent via AusPost Express:

All Empress parcels are shipped via AusPost Express from our Sunshine Coast, QLD warehouse.

• Orders are collected daily at 3 PM and usually arrive within 1–7 business days across Australia.
  
• International deliveries take around 7–16 business days.
  
• Customs delays are rare, but possible and outside our control.
