WHAT CUSTOM GRADING ACTUALLY MEANS
Standard grading scales one pattern up. The shape never changes, the seams land in the wrong place, the waistband hits at the wrong height, the thigh panel is off. It works fine at size 10. At size 22 it looks like a different garment.
We don't do that. Every size is redrawn from scratch, its own waistband variation, its own thigh, its own pocket placement. The extra high waistband is engineered to sit and stay at every size.

Im a first time Empress buyer, I have been looking at these tights for months and finally bit the bullet and ordered 2 pair and they are amazing! My only regret is not ordering some sooner!
As a bigger girl, nothing ever seems to be made to actually fit a bigger body but these are an absolute delight!
I like my tights to fit quite snug so I do wish I had of sized down but even with a more loose fit than i'm used to, they stay in place all day even when I have things in the pockets.
