Montii Co X Empress Giveaway T&C's

1. The promoter

This competition ("the Promotion") is run jointly by:

  • Empress Athleticus PTY LTD (ABN 33 647 499 447) of 35 Access Crescent, Coolum Beach, QLD 4573 ("Empress") and
  • Westridge Family Trust T/A Westridge Goods (ABN 38 649 572 578) of 5/7 Hansen Court, Coomera QLD 4209 ("MontiiCo")

together "the Promoters."

The Promoters are jointly responsible for running the Promotion and issuing the prize.

2. The competition period

The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEST (Brisbane time) on Thursday 21 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time) on Thursday 18 June 2026 ("the Competition Period").

The winner will be drawn on Saturday 20 June 2026 and announced across both Promoters' Facebook communities by 5:00pm AEST the same day.

Entries received outside the Competition Period are invalid.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible to enter:

  • Directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of either Promoter or staff.
  • Anyone involved in the design, administration or judging of the Promotion
  • Residents of jurisdictions where this Promotion may be unlawful

By entering, you confirm you meet the eligibility criteria above.

4. How to enter

Entries are submitted through the entry widget hosted on the competition landing page. The widget tracks all valid entry actions automatically.

Primary entries (highest weight)

Bonus entries (stackable)

  • Follow @montii.co on TikTok → 1 entry

Each bonus action can only be performed once for entry credit.

Entry limit. Each person may enter only once using a single email address. Multiple entries by the same person using different email addresses, multiple social media accounts, household members' identities, or automated tools are prohibited, and any such entries will be disqualified. The total number of valid entries a single entrant can accrue is the sum of the entry actions listed above (maximum 12 entries per person).

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify any entry and disqualify entries that appear automated, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these T&Cs.

Verification. The Promoters and the entry widget provider may verify that each entry action has been genuinely completed. Entrants must remain joined to the Facebook communities and followed/liked on the relevant social accounts at the time of the draw; if an entrant reverses any entry action (unfollows, leaves a community, unlikes) before the draw, the affected entries may be invalidated at the Promoters' discretion. The Promoters may require the winner to provide proof of completed entry actions (e.g. screenshots, account handles) before the prize is issued.

5. The prize

There is one (1) prize pool, awarded in full to one (1) winner. The total prize value is approximately AUD $3,000, comprising:

  1. 2 × AUD $500 Airbnb gift cards (total AUD $1,000)
  2. 2 × AUD $250 BP fuel vouchers (total AUD $500)
  3. 2 × AUD $250 Coles vouchers (total AUD $500)
  4. AUD $500 Empress Athleticus gift card, redeemable at empressathleticus.com.au
  5. AUD $500 MontiiCo gift card or product to the equivalent value (winner's choice), redeemable at MontiiCo

Delivery format

All prize components are issued as digital gift cards delivered to the winner as PDFs via email, within 7 business days of the winner accepting the prize.

Prize conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, not refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • Airbnb gift cards are issued by Airbnb Ireland UC via Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd. The card balance does not expire. Cards are redeemable by Australian residents at airbnb.com.au/gift and are subject to Airbnb's gift card terms (see airbnb.com.au/terms/au_gift_cards). Cards are non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, returned or resold, except where required by law.
  • BP fuel vouchers are subject to BP's standard gift card terms and conditions, including their applicable validity period. The Promoters are not responsible for redemption.
  • The Empress Athleticus gift card is redeemable at empressathleticus.com.au and is subject to Empress's standard gift card terms, including its applicable validity period. No monetary change will be issued for unused balance.
  • The MontiiCo gift card is redeemable at MontiiCo and is subject to Montii.co's standard gift card terms, including its applicable validity period. No monetary change will be issued for unused balance.
  • Each gift card's specific validity period and full terms will be communicated to the winner on issuance.
  • The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, charges or expenses (including travel, accommodation costs beyond the value of the gift cards, fuel beyond the voucher amount, etc.) associated with redeeming the prize.
  • All prize values are stated in Australian Dollars and represent the face value of the gift cards or vouchers. No GST adjustment applies.

6. Drawing the winner

The winner will be drawn at random at 10:00am AEST on Saturday 20 June 2026 at Empress Athleticus' head office, 35 Access Crescent, Coolum Beach, QLD 4573, from the pool of valid entries collected during the Competition Period via the entry widget. The draw is conducted electronically and is final.

If the winner cannot be contacted

If the drawn winner cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw a new winner. Up to two such redraws may be conducted. If no winner can be confirmed after the third draw, the prize will be forfeited and may, at the Promoters' discretion, be retained by the Promoters, donated to a charity of their choice, or used in a future promotion.

6a. Nature of the Promotion

This Promotion is a game of chance. The winner is selected at random from the pool of valid entries; no element of skill is involved in determining the winner.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be:

  1. Announced publicly in both Promoters' Facebook communities on Saturday 20 June 2026.
  2. Contacted via email to the address used to enter the Promotion.
  3. Required to respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification, including providing any details needed to issue the prize components (e.g. shipping address for the Montii product if chosen).

Failure to respond within 7 days may result in the prize being redrawn (see clause 6).

8. Conditions of acceptance

By entering, each entrant:

  • Agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Confirms the information provided is true, accurate and current.
  • Grants the Promoters a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for a period of 24 months from the date of the winner announcement, to use their first name, state of residence, social handle and a generic announcement image (e.g. the comp graphic) in connection with announcing and promoting the result, across both Promoters' websites, email lists, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social channels. Historical organic social posts published during this 24-month period may remain in place on the Promoters' channels indefinitely.
  • Acknowledges that the winner may be required to participate in reasonable post-comp publicity (e.g. a thank-you post, a photo with the prize) at no cost.

The winner may decline post-comp publicity, but their first name will still appear in the announcement.

9. Use of personal information

Each entrant's personal information (name, email, social handles) will be collected by the entry widget and stored by both Promoters in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

By providing your email address at the point of entry, and by ticking the marketing consent option presented in the entry widget, you acknowledge and consent to:

  1. Your information being shared between the two Promoters for the purposes of administering the Promotion and identifying and contacting the winner;
  2. Being added to the email marketing lists of both Empress Athleticus and Montii.co, so you may receive marketing communications, campaign updates, and future giveaway announcements from both brands.

This consent is provided at the point of entry via the entry widget and applies for the duration of your subscription to each list. You can unsubscribe from either Promoter's email list at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email you receive from us.

Your information will not be sold or shared with any third party outside of the two Promoters and any necessary service providers required to run the Promotion (e.g. the entry widget provider, email service providers).

Retention of your information. Email addresses provided at entry will be retained by both Promoters indefinitely for the purpose of ongoing marketing communications, until you unsubscribe from the relevant Promoter's email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, or by contacting the relevant Promoter (see clause 14). Information that is no longer required for marketing or administering the Promotion will be deleted or de-identified in accordance with each Promoter's privacy policy.

10. Liability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim suffered as a result of entering or accepting the prize.
  • The Promoters are not responsible for any technical malfunctions of the entry widget, hosting platform or social media services that may impact entry submission.
  • The Promoters are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incorrectly submitted or otherwise undelivered for any reason.
  • Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Tampers with the entry process or the entry widget.
  • Submits fraudulent or automated entries.
  • Behaves in a way that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to either Promoter, their staff, communities or other entrants.
  • Is found to be ineligible under clause 3.

11. Force majeure & changes to the promotion

The Promoters reserve the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, modify or postpone the Promotion if events outside their reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, natural disasters or pandemic-related disruption) make it impractical to run as planned.
  • Substitute any prize component with a prize of equal or greater value if the original component becomes unavailable.
  • Amend these Terms with reasonable notice, posted on the competition landing page.

Any changes will be communicated via the competition landing page and (where material) via both Promoters' email lists.

12. Not affiliated with third parties

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

  • Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook or Instagram)
  • Airbnb Inc.
  • BP Australia
  • Coles Group Limited
  • Any other brand whose product or voucher is included in the prize.

Entry on Facebook or Instagram does not constitute use of those platforms for the purposes of the Promotion — the entry widget is the sole official entry channel.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
